Meandering, depicts a world of expansive natural terrain where something familiar beckons to then reveal itself as artificial.  These large photographs of art materials are constructed in miniature by experimenting with art materials, paints, pigments and water.  This series title refers to the artist’s source of inspiration, her own in studio creations, as well as physical meanderings, trips on bicycle, foot and by camper van.  Much like any journey remembered, the images are fictions that suggest ways we blend our impressions of the real with the imagined images we carry in our minds.
